Warranty
Gorman-Redlich Mfg Co strives to provide the broadcast community with affordable, quality equipment that will perform for decades. We do not have a product life-cycle that includes a product “sunset” or “end of life” after which we no longer support the products we make. Gorman-Redlich still services and supports broadcasting equipment manufactured and sold in the 1970s!
Gorman-Redlich products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise specifically noted in product documentation. Gorman-Redlich will repair or replace, at Gorman-Redlich’s option, any product not meeting these standards. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to and from the Gorman-Redlich facility for all returns and warranty service. Equipment requiring service beyond the one (1) year warranty period may be serviced at Gorman-Redlich’s sole discretion.
Gorman-Redlich MUST be notified of shipments before equipment is sent for return or repair and shipments MUST be accompanied by an RMA number, which will be provided when the purchaser contacts Gorman-Redlich for shipment notification. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Gorman-Redlich will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, acts of God, unauthorized modification, alteration, repair or replacement of wear parts. User assumes all other risk, if any, including the risk of injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, misuse or inability to operate this product. User agrees to maintain and install product in accordance with recommendations and instructions.
Returns
Equipment and accessories must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Gorman-Redlich must be notified of your intent to return equipment or accessories PRIOR to shipment. Shipments MUST be accompanied by an RMA nuber, which will be provided when the purchaser contacts Gorman-Redlich for return notification. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The original purchase price for returned products will be refunded less a restocking fee of $25.00 USD or 20%, whichever is greater.
Because of their non-tangible nature, software, firmware, product updates and other similar products may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
